1. How much money will EmpowerRM save me?

Up to 2% of chargeback requests. Our advanced chargeback line validations mixed with our contract management module have allowed our customers to identify and recapture up to 2% of chargeback requests.

2. I'm doing chargebacks manually. Do I need chargeback software?

3. I'm currently outsourcing chargebacks and our costs are getting out of control. Can I cut costs by using EmpowerRM to bring chargebacks in-house?

Yes. In fact, we have helped many of our customers migrate their chargeback process from a 3PL or other 3rd party processor and save money. All pricing for EmpowerRM is fixed so as you grow your costs will remain the same and therefore your profits increase.

4. I'm currently outsourcing my chargebacks. Is it hard to migrate to EmpowerRM?

No. The process couldn’t be simpler and we guarantee 30 days or less for setup. We already have EDI connections built with all major wholesalers and we do all the work with coordinating the migration. We gather the contract and product information from you in whatever format you have and load all of your data into our system prior to the migration. 5. How many people do I need to process chargebacks?

Just one person. Our EmpowerRM software has many efficiencies built into the system and is easy to use. It only requires 5 hours of training to learn the software and we are here to help if you get stuck. After training, most of our customers take about 15 minutes a day to do their processing with 1 resource.

6. Does EmpowerRM integrate with my ERP?

Yes. We have pre-built integrations for Dynamics 365, Netsuite, Quickbooks, and Accumatica. We also offer professional services to build an integration for your specific ERP for a 1-time charge. Click here for more on our integrations.

7. Do you offer a managed service (outsource) option?

Yes. If you would prefer that we do contract updates and chargeback processing for you we offer that as an optional add-on at a fixed price. If you choose this our team of experienced chargeback analysts would log into your system each day and process your chargebacks. If discrepancies arise you will be asked how you want us to handle them and then we will finish the process. You will have your own logins to the system for real-time access to data and analytics. 8. Are you an EDI Service provider (VAN)?

Yes. In fact, we are the only pharmaceutical chargeback solution that is also a full EDI service provider or VAN (Value Added Network). We already have connections built with the most common partners in the pharma industry like McKesson, Cardinal, and ABC. We work with them on a daily basis with new setups and migrations for our customers. Pairing our EmpowerRM software with our EDI services, called SeamlessEDI, allows you to take full advantage of our offerings.

9. How long does it take to implement or migrate to EmpowerRM?

30 days or less. We offer a 30-day guarantee for setup. Similar solutions usually take 3-6 months to get setup. 10. Is EmpowerRM 100% web-based?

Yes. This means that there is no software installation necessary. We create an instance of our software in the cloud and provide you with login credentials to access it. Some other options are desktop-based and require additional licensing and to remote into a computer in the cloud in order to run. This means that you can’t access those other options from any computer without configuring it.

11. Why Should I Choose EmpowerRM?

You shouldn’t unless you are a small to mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturer with chargebacks. We offer many advantages over the competition.

12. How many users do I get with my subscription?

10 users. We allow you to have up to 10 individual logins before we charge for additional users. Most solutions offer 1-5 users before charging extra.

14. Is there a long-term contract associated with purchasing EmpowerRM?

No. We only require a 1 year commitment, which is invoiced quarterly. Other solutions require a 3-year contract and are invoiced annually. Sometimes the price even increases year over year.

15. How much does EmpowerRM cost?

Our 1-time setup fees our typically 40% less than competitors on average and we have different pricing plans based on the size of your company. We cater to small and mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturers.
