Our view on problem solving is centered on creating solutions through customized technology. In 2014, we built the first version of the EmpowerRM software. Tasked with a project to build a chargeback processing system for a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer, we got to work creating a customized solution that met their specific needs and goals. At the time, this customer was outsourcing the process and it was costing them a lot of money.
With no control over the process, no integration with their accounting system, and no way to scale, the customer was faced with the dilemma of no choice but to pay a fortune upon growth… Enter EmpowerRM. We built them a system of their own which could be managed internally, thus eliminating the need for an external vendor.
The result? The customer saved over $3,500 a month immediately and continued to take advantage of massive savings once the company grew. All while being able to control their revenue, increase profits, and vastly reduce processing time.
